Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services and events offered by Emerging Forward.
By booking a session or event, you agree to the following:
1. General Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once scheduled through our booking system.
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
2. Sessions (1:1 Services)
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session
Missed Sessions
If you do not attend your scheduled session and no prior notice is given, the session is considered used and non-refundable
3. Events (Group Sessions & Experiences)
Cancellations
Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Emerging Forward
Transfers
You may request to transfer your registration to a future event or another participant, subject to availability and approval
4. Late Arrivals
Late arrival to a session or event may result in reduced participation time
Sessions and events will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time
5. Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
In the case of a genuine emergency, exceptions may be made at our discretion.
6. Cancellations by Emerging Forward
If a session or event is canceled by Emerging Forward, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule or transfer your booking
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Agreement
By booking any service or event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
