This Online Breathwork Meditation featuring SOMA Breath® May include all or some of the following. Movement, Chanting, Guided Meditation and 2-5 full rounds of SOMA Breath® breathwork

In this Guided Online Breathwork Session you will experience the Power of Breathwork and specifically of SOMA Breath® Breathwork. Your Facilitator will choose to use one of the following formats (described in more detail Below):  SOMA Breath® Energized Meditation, SOMA Breath® Breath Journey, or A Freestyle Session Featuring SOMA Breath® music and breathwork techniques.


Why a Guided Online Breathwork Meditation?

Breathwork and meditation are complementary practices that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being through focused breathing and mindfulness techniques. In These Guided Group Breathwork Sessions a thoroughly trained SOMA Breath® Instructor, Master Instructor, or Transformational Coach will carefully guide you through the session to ensure safety, and maximum effectiveness.

Music Tracks

These Online Breathwork Meditation Sessions Include a unique combination of powerful and transformational Music Tracks Created by SOMA Breath® Exclusively for Breathwork sessions. Each one features Carefully selected grouping of Music designed to encourage deep connection. Some will include a soothing Movement Track that inspires connection through stretching and simple Yoga Inspired movements. Others may include a high energy movement track to release energy through dance, shaking or other high energy movements. Some may also include a calming Chanting Track that encourages connection and empowerment or an inspiring meditation track to guide you. Each will include a single or combination of Exclusive and a transformational Rhythmic Breathing Tracks That may also include guided Meditation Sections. Each Track is Carefully selected and created by your Facilitator to guide you on a journey like no other!

SOMA Breath® Energized Meditation

The SOMA Breath® Energized Meditation is a 1-hour long Session combining movement, chanting and breathwork all guided to help participants become very efficient at using oxygen and to build a tolerance to carbon dioxide.

Energized Meditation helps people to slow down their breathing to less than 10 breaths per minute, and encourages people to breathe through their nose more. The Energized Meditation Routine is designed to release tension from the body, boost your mood, and be a super-efficient breathwork meditation

SOMA Breath® Breath Journey Breathwork Session

In the SOMA Breath® Breath Journey, we will focus more on going deeper into connection by increasing meditation and/or chanting and typically extending into additional rounds of SOMA Breath® Breathwork, while spending less time on movement and energizing activities.

Free Style SOMA Breath® Online Breathwork Meditation Session

In our Free Style Online Breathwork Meditation we will mix it up and use varying components in a unique combination to achieve the facilitators group goals of the day. These sessions can be VERY INTENSE and bring out the unique gifts of the individual facilitator guiding the session. This is a MUST EXPERIENCE!
