21 Day Breathwork Meditation Journey

This breathwork method undergoes a transformative process, propelling you into a state of passion, flow, and unwavering determination by elevating your emotional energy to foster high self-esteem and confidence. Retreat Schedule

This course is structured into two segments: an initial phase spanning three days, succeeded by three weeks dedicated to individual breathwork meditations. Each Breathwork meditation session encompasses 5-10 minutes of diaphragmatic rhythmic breathing, followed by a series of breath retention techniques lasting 4-5 minutes. The desired outcome and benefits are achieved by maintaining a target spO2 level of 80-85% during a breath retention period lasting 2-3 minutes.

 Throughout the introductory phase, participants will engage in thought-provoking exercises and receive a video tutorial guiding them to perfect the breathing technique. This preparation ensures full readiness for the initial live meditation. Once the introductory phase concludes, there will be one live session each week (totaling three live sessions), accompanied by downloadable guided meditations and exercises to be practiced throughout the remainder of the week. The course culminates in a wrap-up call at the end.

Is SOMA Breath dangerous?

The techniques of SOMA Breath are very safe if practiced properly and learned from a trained SOMA Breath instructor. The breath retention techniques including The Awakening ritual should be done with caution for people who have severe hypertension or heart disease. 

Pregnant women and menstruating women should avoid The Awakening. Hyperventilation can lead to respiratory alkalosis and so techniques like Rebirthing, Holotropic Breathwork or Transformational Breath should be done with caution as it can cause toxic damage and an overload of stress from excess oxygen entering the bloodstream. 

However SOMA breath uses gentle, rhythmical breathwork and breath retention techniques that prevents this issue and allows more oxygen to enter into the areas it is needed without harming cells from oxidative stress
