This Breath Rave featuring SOMA Breath® will be an EPIC event where we come together to dance ecstatically, shake powerfully, breathe in rhythm, and hold our breath as possible or desired (all levels welcome—from zero breath-holding to experienced). It’s a dynamic experience designed to elevate your energy, release emotion, and deepen your connection to your heart, higher power, inner guru, and true self.
