This session is perfect for those new to breathwork or meditation, or anyone seeking to reconnect with the healing power of gratitude.

Why Practicing Gratitude Matters
Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotional states we can cultivate. It shifts our perspective from lack to abundance, from worry to peace, and from stress to presence. In this session, we’ll slow down, soften, and breathe into the goodness that already exists in our lives—no matter how big or small. You’ll be gently guided to notice and appreciate what is, opening your heart and mind to the beauty and blessings of the present moment.

This experience has been specially designed with beginners in mind. The pace is relaxed, the instructions are clear, and the guidance is supportive throughout. No prior experience with meditation or breathwork is necessary. You’ll be introduced to each section step-by-step so you can fully relax and enjoy the journey.
Music Tracks
The session features beginner-friendly SOMA Breath® Music Tracks that gently guide you into deeper states of awareness:
- A soft and flowing movement track that invites gentle stretching and body connection.
- A soothing chanting track that opens the heart and centers the mind.
- A 2-round rhythmic breathing track infused with calming melodies and clear breath cues, combined with guided meditation to deepen your gratitude experience.
Movement/Stretching/Yoga
You’ll begin with light and intuitive movement to release tension, connect to your body, and settle into the moment. These movements are gentle and accessible for all fitness levels and will help you create space—physically and emotionally—for gratitude to flow.
Chanting & Guided Meditation
During the chanting portion, you’ll be invited to connect with the vibration of appreciation. Then, you’ll be guided through a simple yet powerful gratitude meditation that helps you focus on what’s going right in your life. You’ll anchor into positive feelings and allow them to expand in your awareness.
SOMA Breath® Energized Meditation Breathwork
In this beginner-friendly breathwork section, you’ll be gently guided through two rounds of rhythmic breathing and intermittent breath retention. This process enhances oxygen efficiency, calms the nervous system, and opens the door to deeper emotional release and presence. With each round, you’ll cultivate a stronger connection to the feeling of gratitude—letting it fill your body, mind, and heart.
