Releasing guilt involves acknowledging mistakes, learning from them, and allowing oneself the grace to move forward. Similarly, releasing worry entails accepting that uncertainty is a natural part of life and that excessive concern about the future can be counterproductive. Movement/Stretching/Yoga

In this session you will be guided to let go of guilt and worry in your life.  During the Energized Meditation Movement portion you can move the energy that engulfs your body from Guilt, worry or anxiety, and release it through stretching.

Chanting and Guided Meditation

During the chanting portion you may embrace the existence of your Guilt and worry and nurture it. Then you will be guided on a journey to explore its origin, sit with it, accept and find the power to let it go, releasing it out to the universe..
