I attended a meditation and breathwork training by Sarah and had a great experience working on calming myself from every day stressful things. I appreciated the time she spend guiding the meeting into a relaxing experience. Great breathing meditation

I really found this class useful and a great alternative to more passive meditation.

Loved this session was so empowering!!

Sarah was fantastic and very personable. I've done some breath work in the past but Soma breath was a bit different. Breathing rhythmically to music was a totally new experience that felt natural, engaging, and helped me to completely let my mind/thoughts go. The whole experience was much more playful and the full body movements really helped to let go of stress and tension before going into the breathing sessions. I loved the experience and would recommend to anyone looking to get more in touch with their inner self.

What great way to start a Saturday morning I’ve been dealing with long Covid and chronic fatigue and this class really helped . After the class I felt more centered and had less brain fog. I enjoyed the class so much I’ve registered for tomorrow morning class. Thank you so much.
